Michael is a business development executive with nearly 25 years of experience in the financial services and healthcare industry. His experiences include a combination of both domestic and global benefits sales leadership roles in the US and Canada, along with the development and execution of extensive business development and territory expansion initiatives throughout North America. Michael has been involved with the sales, enrollment and growth management of individual, true group, and voluntary/supplemental insurance programs throughout his entire career—inclusive of life, disability, core medical and dental, and supplemental life & health benefit offerings.

Rob has been with Washington National for 25 years working in a number of sales roles centered around independent distribution. With expertise in supplemental and voluntary products, he focuses on the individual, worksite and senior markets. On a national basis, Rob manages the profitable growth of the independent sales channel, plus develops and implements sales plan strategies, recruiting initiatives and training programs. His team of sales directors and recruiters across the US are true specialists in the voluntary benefits and worksite enrollment workspaces.
Field President, US
Scottie began his career in the insurance industry in 1993 and started where all insurance agents do—carrying a sales book. He’s represented a Washington National affiliated company for his entire career and served at every level of field management in the organization, ascending to Field President of the Worksite Marketing Division of PMA USA in 1999, then Field President of PMA in 2019. His area of expertise is in the manufacturing and management of sales distribution, and today he presides over 1,000 full-time agents that proudly serve 12,000 employer groups and their employees across the country.
